Step 1 of entering the contest is now closed! For those who have registered by February 12, 2010...start making your commercial and mail it in along with all the other required materials in Step 2 below before February 26, 2010.
PRINT AND FILL OUT RELEASE FORMS
Print a copy of the release forms for each member of your group. ANYONE participating in your commercial, even if they are not a group member MUST fill out a release form completely. ALL release forms are to be included with your mailed entry.
PROVIDE OFFICIAL / NON OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
All group members must be enrolled at a college or university at the time of registration. If you register for the contest in the Fall 2009; we will need a Fall 2009 college transcript from all team members mailed with your official entry package. If you register in winter, we will need a college transcript for Winter-Spring semester 2010. All team members must be currently enrolled at a college or university and 18 or older at the time of registration.
Individuals featured in the commercial must be 18 or older, but do not have to be registered in a college or university. Please note that only registered group members are eligible for the contest. Group members may, but are not required to be featured in the commercial.
MAIL ALL ENTRY MATERIALS (must be received by February 26, 2010)
Mail your 30-second commercial in the proper format* and paper work (see check list below) to:
*The acceptable commercial movie formats are wmv, .mov, MP3, or MP4.
There is a limit of one entry per student. A student MAY NOT enter both as an individual and as part of a group. Multiple entries will result in immediate disqualification of those entries from the contest. If you do not include a transcript for each group member you will be disqualified.
