I wake up at 3:30 AM and work 50 to 60 hours a week. My wife and 5-year old son don’t wake up until 7:30 and are wide awake when I get home. I drive 94 miles round trip. So from the time I wake up until I get off work I have been awake for 14.5 hours and have a 47 mile drive home ahead of me.
