I am a police officer and there is no time when a 5-Hour Energy doesn't suit my life. Whether it’s at the beginning of my shift, during that "middle shift crash," or during overtime, 5-Hour Energy has been a great asset to me. I am also a competitive pool player. I use 5-Hour Energy when I am getting into competition match play. 5-Hour Energy gives me the ability to bear down and focus despite outside distractions. My very favorite thing about 5-Hour Energy is that it’s packed with vitamins and a minimal amount of caffeine, AND ONLY 4 CALORIES! WOOHOOO! I know if I take it before I go to the gym, I will still be able to sleep that night.
