All orders of at least 10 bottles of product qualify for $5.00 shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Orders of a single 6-pack will be charged a $10.00 shipping.

All orders are shipped using 5-10 day standard ground shipping at this time.

All orders containing any quantity of energy drinks, unless provided as a promotional item, will be charged $8.00 shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

Other Information: From time to time there may be free shipping, 10% off, and other promotions and discounts. Promotional codes are time-sensitive and therefore only valid for a specific period of time.

SI Online, LLC is unable to make changes to processed orders. We are unable to cancel orders once placed. All requests to return orders placed through the Site should be directed to email@help.5HourEnergy.com.

All return requests must be received within fourteen business (14) days of the order’s delivery date, as determined according to the shipper’s tracking number.

All returns are subject to a $10 return fee. Returns will not be accepted without customer providing proof of purchase and more than 75% of the order. Once we receive a valid return request, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to return the remaining product.

Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued, less the $10 return fee. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be made available to you by your bank.

All beverage items are eligible for our subscription service. You simply need to create an account and place an order.

You will be able to manage your subscription while logged in to your account under the subscriptions tab.

You may choose for your subscription service to automatically send your 5-hour ENERGY® shots once every month, every two months, or quarterly.

You also have the option to “Ship Now”. This can be done once a day but will update your renewal date. You will choose shipment frequency when placing your order and can change frequency at any time. Or even change the recurring date for your upcoming subscription shipments.

Yes. You may select “Ship Now” to have your credit card processed immediately for shipment. You may do this once a day. Please note: this will also change your next payment date to fall 30/60/90 days from the date you authorized "Ship Now".
